Five ordinary people on the verge of life-changing decisions live with the monks at Worth Abbey in an attempt to put silence at the heart of their busy lives, and learn what to do with it when it's there.

The first episode aired on BBC2 on Friday 22nd October at 7pm and continues over the following two Fridays.
